Overview
Assist World is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an early-stage founder who is balancing multiple projects simultaneously. The role focuses on inbox and calendar management, light operational support, and outbound scheduling responses — helping reduce daily context switching and freeing up founder time for higher-impact work.
This is a 100% remote, part-time role (20 hrs/wk) with PST timezone overlap required and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inbox communications daily
- Draft and send responses on behalf of the founder
- Ensure timely replies to prospects, partners, and collaborators
- Flag priority items and manage follow-up sequences
- Maintain calendar and coordinate scheduling across time zones
- Handle light operational tasks and administrative coordination
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Responsive and proactive communicator — comfortable writing on behalf of others
- Tech-comfortable with email platforms, calendar tools, and productivity apps
- Availability to overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Previous VA or executive assistant experience preferred
- Strong written English skills
