About This Role

NeoWork is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join their team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative and operational support to clients, allowing them to focus on their core business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel
  • Handle email and phone communications
  • Assist with document preparation
  • Complex calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Travel planning and logistics coordination
  • Meeting preparation and materials organization
  • Project timeline tracking and deadline management
  • Priority assessment and schedule optimization
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as needed
  • Provide customer support for virtual events

Requirements
