Verifications Team Lead

About the Role

CrewBloom is hiring a Verifications Team Lead to oversee a dedicated team responsible for verifying employment histories, educational backgrounds, professional references, and license statuses.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach verification department staff
• Manage administrative duties including End of Day reporting
• Conduct queue cleanup activities
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) checks
• Support hiring managers with recruitment interviews
• Process verification files

Requirements

• 1-2 years background verification and team lead experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with solution orientation
• G-Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
• 45+ WPM typing speed
