Job Description
About This Role
ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network for customer support roles. You will assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and provide exceptional service while supporting top-tier global brands including the NFL, Vimeo, and Topps.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chat, and email support for e-book customers
- Troubleshoot web and mobile app issues
- Multitask across multiple browsers while managing customer communications
- Guide users through app navigation and application installation
- Provide Tier 1 level technical support
Requirements
- Zendesk experience required
- Background in ticketing systems, chat, and email support
- Tech proficiency across Mac, PC, iOS, Android, Chromebook, and Kindle Fire
- Professional demeanor with strong empathy
- Windows 10+ laptop or desktop computer
- Quality headset and reliable internet connection
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and use 2FA
Schedule & Commitment
- 24/7 availability preferred; specifically seeking candidates available 9 AM – 6 PM PT
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- 60-day minimum commitment
