What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate Test Runs from start to finish
Create test cases based on testing strategy provided by Testing Manager
Conduct ongoing issue review activities and respond to client feedback
Monitor testers across multiple runs and provide constructive feedback
Work with Testing Managers, Engagement Managers, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
Proactively define priorities and escalate concerns when needed

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience, preferably on mobile platforms
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
Strong time management, problem-solving, and task prioritization capabilities
At least 1 year experience managing or working with freelance testers (preferred)
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to give constructive feedback
