Overview
Winning Assistants is a fast-growing virtual staffing company connecting Filipino professionals with US-based telehealth and healthcare clients. They are hiring a Telehealth Patient Coordinator and Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations for a US telehealth provider — fully remote from the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update patient data in registration systems and PDF forms
- Manage virtual waiting rooms and distribute video consultation links
- Coordinate patient flow across telehealth platforms during appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via text, email, and occasional calls
- Provide administrative support for daily telehealth operations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all data handling and communications
Requirements
- Data entry, administrative, or healthcare background preferred
- Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive patient data
- Proficient English — speaking and writing
- NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance required
- Tech proficiency: Google Workspace, Adobe PDF forms, Zoom/Doxy
- Minimum 10 Mbps internet, noise-canceling headset, and webcam
- Quiet, professional home workspace
Compensation and Benefits
- $5–$6 USD per hour based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time (CDT) — equivalent to 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time. Night shift role.
