What You Will Do
- Provide technical support to customers using Deel's platform
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll, HR, compliance, and benefits
- Help businesses hire, manage, and pay global teams effectively
- Work with customers across the APAC region
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Technical support or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with global customers across APAC timezone
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
