Job Description
Overview
miniExtensions is looking for a proactive, empathetic Technical Support Representative to serve as the voice of the company. You will handle support across calls, chat, and email, and also play a key role in improving their AI support agent.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (40 hrs/week)
Salary
$30/hour (~$62,400/year)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with users via calls, live chat, and email to answer questions and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot technical and database-related issues (primarily Airtable)
- Analyze AI support agent responses, detect mistakes, and refine its performance
- Ensure customers get maximum value from the product
- Maintain high-quality support within SLA timeframes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with technical troubleshooting of database tools like Airtable
- Full-time availability, 40+ hours per week during PST hours
- Time tracking via Hubstaff required
