About the Role
LTVplus is hiring a remote Technical Support specialist to provide customer assistance across multiple channels for a cloud-based training solutions company.
Responsibilities
- Handle chat, email, and phone queries in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems
- Serve as primary contact for technical assistance via chat, email, and back-office tasks
- Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Input customer data accurately into CRM systems
Requirements
- System administration and networking experience
- Proven background with cloud technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation abilities
- Problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have
- Linux administration
- Light scripting
- Cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ESXi VMware
- Freshdesk / Freshchat familiarity
