About the Role

LTVplus is hiring a remote Technical Support specialist to provide customer assistance across multiple channels for a cloud-based training solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Handle chat, email, and phone queries in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems
  • Serve as primary contact for technical assistance via chat, email, and back-office tasks
  • Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
  • Input customer data accurately into CRM systems

Requirements

  • System administration and networking experience
  • Proven background with cloud technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection

Nice to Have

  • Linux administration
  • Light scripting
  • Cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • ESXi VMware
  • Freshdesk / Freshchat familiarity
