About the Role
Froonze is looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to join their small, growing team. Your main responsibility will be communicating with Shopify merchants and helping them solve technical issues. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and help them solve technical issues
- Continuously learn about the app's features and the broader Shopify ecosystem
- Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ideas for improvements
- Perform manual app tests for new feature releases
- Research and write excellent technical articles and documentation
- Handle additional tasks based on your interests (e.g., marketing, SEO, video editing)
Requirements
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills (required)
- Customer relationship management experience
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Software support and troubleshooting ability
- Any additional skills beneficial to a startup (marketing, SEO, video editing) are valued
