About This Role
As a Support Engineer at Kinsta, you'll use your technical knowledge, curiosity, and eloquence to provide world-class technical support to customers through our live chat system.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to customers via live chat
- Troubleshoot WordPress and hosting-related issues
- Help customers optimize their websites and resolve performance issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and web hosting
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems
