About This Role

As a Support Engineer at Kinsta, you'll use your technical knowledge, curiosity, and eloquence to provide world-class technical support to customers through our live chat system.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to customers via live chat
  • Troubleshoot WordPress and hosting-related issues
  • Help customers optimize their websites and resolve performance issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and web hosting
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems
