About the Role
Outsource Access is hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow their clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll create engaging content, analyze performance, and drive brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and goals
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter best practices
- Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social)
- Strong visual and creative skills with experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus
