Social Media Specialist

Overview

Awesome Motive — the team behind WPForms, OptinMonster, and MonsterInsights — is looking for a Social Media Specialist to grow their brand presence and drive engagement across platforms. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, including the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage WPForms' presence across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Plan and create engaging content aligned with product launches and campaigns
• Shoot and edit video content including short-form reels and long-form videos
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize posting strategy based on data
• Respond to user mentions, DMs, and community discussions in a brand-aligned tone
• Experiment with new channels and leverage AI tools for content generation and trend monitoring

Requirements

• Proven experience managing branded social media accounts with measurable growth results
• Comfort with on-camera presence and video creation and editing
• Excellent written English with a strong, consistent brand voice
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategy
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, async-first environment
