Overview

FONCÉ Agency is a fast-growing social media marketing powerhouse based in St. Petersburg, Florida, established in 2020. They help creators, influencers, and small businesses worldwide build sustainable success through strategic social media. They're looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join their fully remote global team. Salary: $25,000 – $48,999 USD/year. Application deadline: April 2, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media strategies for influencers and small businesses across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with each client's brand voice and goals
• Monitor engagement metrics and produce regular performance reports
• Manage community interactions including comments, DMs, and audience engagement
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to boost visibility
• Collaborate with clients to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X algorithms
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Creative eye for content with ability to adapt tone across different brands
• Portfolio or resume showcasing previous social media work is required
