Overview
Assist World is seeking a Social Media & Brand Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a founder/CEO in amplifying their brand presence and driving engagement across all major platforms. This is a 100% remote, part-time role (10–20 hrs/wk to start) with potential to grow to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Repurpose book content, podcast clips, and articles into engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X
- Draft and schedule posts adapted to each platform's audience and tone
- Suggest trending topics and proactively prompt the CEO with new content ideas
- Coordinate outreach to podcast hosts, media outlets, and potential partners
- Track engagement metrics and provide growth recommendations
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in VA, marketing, or social media management
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- Clear written communication with ability to adapt voice for different audiences
- Proactive, creative mindset — brings ideas and suggestions, not just execution
- Light design ability in Canva or similar tools
- Experience with outreach (email campaigns, podcast/guest pitching)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content drafting and research
Compensation & Benefits
- $500–$1,100/month (part-time, 10–20 hrs/wk to start)
