Overview
Elevate and Delegate is recruiting a Sales Admin & Customer Support Specialist for an organic food industry client. This is a fully remote, full-time position open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines, working 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT.
Salary: $6.50–$8.00/hour USD
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions across phone, email, chat, and text channels
- Process orders accurately and provide product recommendations
- Manage shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues or claims
- Maintain CRM records with precision (HubSpot)
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer satisfaction and feedback
- Prioritize and escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in spoken English; full professional proficiency in reading and writing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Reliable desktop/laptop (8GB+ RAM), noise-canceling headset, and stable 20+ Mbps internet
- Must be based in the Philippines
Nice to Have
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Shopify platform knowledge
- Experience with dialer and SMS tools
