Overview
OJO Bookkeeping is hiring experienced accounting professionals in the Philippines to manage financial records for US-based property management companies. This is an analytical bookkeeping role — not simple data entry — requiring problem-solving skills and strong client relationships.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with assigned property management companies
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
- Handle analytical bookkeeping problems and technical accounting issues
- Learn specialized property management accounting processes
- Perform general accounting work across a portfolio of US clients
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Minimum 10 Mbps wired internet connection with backup
- Windows 10 computer
- Quiet dedicated workspace
