Job Description

Overview

OJO Bookkeeping is hiring experienced accounting professionals in the Philippines to manage financial records for US-based property management companies. This is an analytical bookkeeping role — not simple data entry — requiring problem-solving skills and strong client relationships.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with assigned property management companies
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
  • Handle analytical bookkeeping problems and technical accounting issues
  • Learn specialized property management accounting processes
  • Perform general accounting work across a portfolio of US clients

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of general accounting experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Minimum 10 Mbps wired internet connection with backup
  • Windows 10 computer
  • Quiet dedicated workspace
