About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to oversee and coordinate construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
Identify risks and resolve project-related issues proactively
Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations
Provide regular progress reports to management
Maintain clear communication with Australian stakeholders
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in construction/project management
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Strong site execution and coordination experience
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in Sydney time zone
Must be based in the Philippines
Complete remote work setup (laptop, stable high-speed internet, power backup)
Preferred Skills
Experience working with international clients
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level of accountability and ownership
