About This Role

Prialto seeks bright and talented individuals who want to learn and grow professionally while supporting top clients internationally. The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking, self-driven, results-oriented and comfortable providing all levels of support for C-level executives in the US.

You'll be more than a typical administrative assistant. You'll support top executives while learning the ins and outs of dynamic industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist C-Suite executives from leading American corporations
  • Handle administrative, creative, and technical tasks as needed
  • Efficiently manage client schedules and calendars
  • Enhance business processes and client productivity
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced settings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any related field)
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong client relationship abilities
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving capability
  • Sound business judgment
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
