Operations Analyst

About the Role

Lone Star Markets is looking for an Operations Analyst to help manage retail operations across their network of unattended stores in the United States. This is a full-time remote role requiring fast decision-making, clear team communication, and the ability to adapt when things don't go as planned.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Communicate with field teams via phone and text
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real time
• Track team hours and daily activities
• Maintain team accountability and performance standards
• Contribute ideas for operational improvements

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency
• Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed
• Dedicated home office space
• Available to work US business hours

Compensation

$1,100–$1,200 USD per month (increases to $1,200 after 18 months). Paid twice monthly.
