Overview
The Law Offices of Sabrina Li is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and grow the firm's marketing department. You will supervise a team of 3-4 people while developing strategy across web, content, paid ads, and SEO for a top-rated US immigration law firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a marketing team of 3-4 people with mentoring and delegation
- Develop website strategy including UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Oversee content creation across video, social media, email, and web
- Manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads) with emphasis on ROI and compliance
- Direct SEO and GEO strategy focused on long-term organic growth
- Analyze marketing data, monitor KPIs, and present recommendations to leadership
- Implement systems using tools like Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows
- Align marketing strategy with firm business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience, preferably in law firms or professional services
- Proven team leadership and management capabilities
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, GEO, content strategy, analytics)
- Webflow proficiency including CMS management (required)
- Budget and timeline management in results-driven environments
- Data-driven analytical approach
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 4 hours daily overlap with US business hours (PST/PDT)
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,000 – $3,000 per month (based on experience and scope)
