About the Role
CrewBloom is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and consistent brand messaging
- Monitor key performance indicators including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and product teams on lead generation initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing or campaign management experience
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Experience with Google Analytics or Data Studio
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Analytical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- SEO and PPC strategy experience
- CRM systems and marketing automation platform knowledge
- A/B testing and conversion optimization expertise
