Marketing Assistant / Content Writer Virtual Assistant

Overview

20four7VA is seeking a marketing virtual assistant to support digital marketing initiatives through content creation optimized for search engines across multiple industries and platforms. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Produce blog posts, website copy, landing pages, product descriptions, and social media content
• Conduct keyword and topic research for content strategy
• Edit and proofread materials for grammar and accuracy
• Apply SEO best practices including keyword optimization and meta descriptions
• Manage content uploads using platforms like WordPress and Shopify
• Track content performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Proficiency with tools: Grammarly, ChatGPT, WordPress
• Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities

Schedule

20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM PST
