Overview
Smartly is hiring a Managed Service Support team member to support Senior Project Managers in campaign delivery for their AI-powered advertising platform. This is a Philippines-based remote role working North America hours.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Project Managers in campaign delivery
- Review creative assets and coordinate technical reviews with developers
- Perform quality assurance on storyboards and mock-ups
- Ensure brand guideline compliance for client submissions
- Implement client revision requests accurately
- Coordinate between design and development teams
- Identify and flag campaign report issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year campaign or project management experience
- Digital advertising industry knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Availability for North America shift work
