About This Role
Join HelpFlow's fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines! We provide managed customer service operations for e-commerce stores, helping brands implement CX strategies that drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Handle live chat and/or email support for e-commerce customers
- Work during US business hours (shifting schedule)
- Help customers with orders, returns, product questions, and general inquiries
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and client management
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or virtual assistance
- At least 1 year of remote work experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM and helpdesk tools
- Stable internet connection and work-from-home setup
- Active mobile phone with Viber
Compensation
- Starting rate: $4-5.50/hour depending on support type
- Full-time starts at 20-30 hours/week, grows to 40-45 hours/week
