About the Role
Join Process Street as a Junior Customer Support Specialist and help our customers get the most out of our AI-powered workflow automation platform. This is a fully remote position with hours of 8am-5pm UTC+8 (Philippines timezone).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Advise customers on optimal software usage
- Track interactions in Salesforce
- Support prospects during trial periods
- Relay customer feedback to engineering and product teams
- Assist with onboarding and account reviews
- Contribute to support knowledge base
- Conduct product demonstrations
Requirements
- 1-2 years customer-facing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Detail-oriented approach
- Customer experience focus
- Growth mindset and self-motivated learning
- Comfort with technology tools
- Availability for UTC+8 hours (8am-5pm)
- Experience with automation tools and API testing valued
