They're hiring an Investor Onboarding Specialist to manage the complete investor onboarding process for private equity real estate investments, delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from initial commitment through to funding. Fully remote and open to worldwide candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end investor onboarding workflow from commitment to funding
• Coordinate KYC, accreditation, and regulatory compliance with third-party partners
• Track capital commitments, wire transfers, and investment lifecycle updates
• Communicate with investors to collect required documentation and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate investor records and ensure data integrity throughout the process
• Deliver a professional, high-touch experience that reflects white-glove service standards

Requirements

• Experience in financial operations, investor relations, client onboarding, or compliance
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance processes is a strong advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with CRM tools and document management platforms
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
