Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

Premium Invention is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize their full marketing funnel. You'll manage a 5-figure monthly ad spend, build email automation flows, and drive revenue growth for a profitable, bootstrapped e-commerce brand selling premium security cameras across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns with hands-on optimization
• Build and optimize email flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
• Track attribution and analytics, backing all budget decisions with data
• Execute CRO testing on headlines, CTAs, and messaging
• Oversee post-purchase revenue including upsells and referral programs
• Maintain affiliate program and audit for coupon leakage
• Deliver weekly marketing reports with revenue, MER, CAC, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with Community Manager, designer, and developer

Requirements

• Personal management of Google Ads AND Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce at $30K+/month combined
• Hands-on Klaviyo flow building experience
• Physical product experience at $200+ AOV
• Data-driven mindset with specific, clear communication style
• Willingness to challenge decisions constructively

Schedule

Requires 3-4 hours of daily overlap with GMT+8

Compensation

$3,000–$5,000 per month base + performance bonuses. Growth path to $6,000–$8,000+ per month.
