About the Role
Canonical is hiring Graduate Customer Success Managers to grow our global CSM team and maximize the value of our customers' investments in our solutions. As a CSM, you'll be a key player in Canonical's customer journey, bridging the gap between our products and their potential, from the first interaction, through onboarding and value recognition, to renewal.
This is an entry-level, customer-facing role where you will gain invaluable experience in a variety of technology areas and business functions. You will be challenged to grow your skills across the breadth of the business and develop your career alongside Canonical's best.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical solutions like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with sales and customer engineering teams to create value across all segments of the business
- Develop expertise in Canonical's products and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales on renewals
Requirements
- Degree-level education in a STEM subject, Economics, Business, or related field
- Excellent academic results and a commitment to continuous learning
- Customer-facing experience (internships, part-time jobs, or university activities)
- Passion for technology and problem solving
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for internal events
