They're looking for a Full-Stack PHP Developer who takes ownership end-to-end, from problem definition through production impact. Open to candidates anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions used by hundreds of thousands of WordPress users worldwide
• Own features end-to-end: from problem definition through design, development, and production
• Handle support cases that require a developer's perspective, working directly with clients
• Use AI tools to understand, generate, review, and refine code efficiently
• Engage directly with real users to continuously improve functionality and user experience
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global, fully remote team

Requirements

• Strong PHP development skills with experience building large-scale web applications
• Full-stack capability including frontend JavaScript (React or similar frameworks)
• Technical judgment and ability to dive deep into complex problems independently
• Ownership mindset — drive solutions from definition to production with minimal supervision
• WordPress experience is a strong plus
• Excellent written English for async remote collaboration
