About the Role
Outsource Access is hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to support US-based executives with daily administrative tasks. You'll help streamline operations, manage communications, and keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and inboxes — organize, categorize, and respond to emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Maintain accurate data entry and update systems for organizational efficiency
- Conduct research to gather insights and support strategic decision-making
- Handle project management tasks and client coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
