About the Role
Pearl Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder & CEO. This is an active partnership role — you'll manage daily operations, investor relations, meeting productivity, and founder efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Start-of-Day emails summarizing schedule, priorities, and meeting details
- Manage calendar conflicts and block focused work time
- Monitor and triage inbox; draft responses on behalf of founder
- Maintain detailed contact records for investors, partners, and leads
- Log follow-ups and meeting outcomes; coordinate introductions
- Provide pre-meeting briefs with attendee bios and objectives
- Maintain VC and investor databases
- Book travel, arrange accommodations, handle reservations
- Handle time-sensitive research and special projects
Requirements
- 3+ years as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or operations coordinator (startup experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset — anticipates needs before they arise
- Comfortable with responsibility and confidentiality
- Must be able to work Eastern Time hours
