About the Role

Pearl Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder & CEO. This is an active partnership role — you'll manage daily operations, investor relations, meeting productivity, and founder efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Start-of-Day emails summarizing schedule, priorities, and meeting details
  • Manage calendar conflicts and block focused work time
  • Monitor and triage inbox; draft responses on behalf of founder
  • Maintain detailed contact records for investors, partners, and leads
  • Log follow-ups and meeting outcomes; coordinate introductions
  • Provide pre-meeting briefs with attendee bios and objectives
  • Maintain VC and investor databases
  • Book travel, arrange accommodations, handle reservations
  • Handle time-sensitive research and special projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or operations coordinator (startup experience preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset — anticipates needs before they arise
  • Comfortable with responsibility and confidentiality
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time hours
