They're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to be matched with a founder or executive leader, providing top-tier administrative and operational support in a fully remote setting from the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage inboxes
- Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics
- Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive review
- Support day-to-day operations and take initiative on recurring tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
