Overview
Backblaze is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns. This remote role is open to candidates in the Philippines, Argentina, Colombia, India, and Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning email, paid media, webinars, and content syndication
- Build and refine target account lists using data-driven insights and intent data
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accounts
- Collaborate across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue objectives
- Leverage AI to accelerate research, content iteration, and insights while maintaining brand consistency
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize programs to connect marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of demand generation, growth marketing, or related experience
- Track record executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or intent data platforms
Compensation
$1,300 – $2,100 USD per month
