Overview
PriceLabs is looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in the Philippines to join their growing global team. You'll own customer issues end-to-end, helping users get the most out of PriceLabs' revenue management platform for short-term rentals and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Own customer issues end-to-end through resolution
- Conduct product walkthroughs and troubleshooting for users
- Research and diagnose complex technical problems
- Provide timely support via email, phone, and video calls
- Record and close all support tickets accurately
- Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during support interactions
Requirements
- 1+ years of SaaS customer support experience
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience with Zoho Desk or similar support/ticketing software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Problem-solving mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to work the 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM PHT shift (any 5 days weekly, including weekends/holidays)
