About the Role
PartnerHero is hiring Customer Support Specialists in the Philippines to join their APAC team. You'll provide dedicated support for tech-forward companies, helping their customers resolve issues and have great experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone channels
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Previous customer support or service experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts
