Overview
MailerLite is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their East/Southeast Asia team. You will help customers get the most out of MailerLite's email marketing platform via live chat and email. This is a full-time remote role with a competitive international benefits package.

Wednesday–Sunday, 23:00–07:00 UTC
Salary
$31,000–$35,000 USD per year
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all MailerLite products and admin tools
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email through Intercom
- Provide guidance on MailerLite integrations and API solutions
- Identify and report technical issues and product improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across Support, Technical, Compliance, and Deliverability teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience (live chat and email), preferably in SaaS
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- Remote work experience
- Based in East or Southeast Asia
