About the Role

Loop Support is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team. You will play a key role in ensuring clients' customers receive top-notch support across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide detailed information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns promptly
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, travel & hospitality, or startups is highly preferred
  • A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
