About the Role
Loop Support is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team. You will play a key role in ensuring clients' customers receive top-notch support across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns promptly
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, travel & hospitality, or startups is highly preferred
- A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
