Overview

Atarim is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our global user base, ensuring a seamless experience through clear communication, empathy, and timely problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot user concerns and provide proactive solutions
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of support inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and user experience
  • Document recurring issues and user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Build positive, long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Customer support experience in SaaS, or a highly motivated self-starter with SaaS knowledge
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with willingness to learn new software tools
  • Self-driven work ethic suited for remote work
  • Familiarity with Gist, Slack, and Jira is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Application support, coding, or bug-fixing experience with PHP/Laravel
