Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach calls and emails regarding camera installations
- Address inbound support queries and resolve operational issues
- Share product and service updates to maximize customer value
- Troubleshoot problems directly or escalate complex issues
- Follow up on installation completion with reminders and assistance
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Minimum 1+ year customer-facing experience (preferably customer service)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Data entry and communication skills
- Availability for 40 hours weekly during Eastern Standard Time
Compensation
$5-$6 USD per hour
