Overview
SupportYourApp is a global Support-as-a-Service company providing multilingual customer support for leading tech companies including MasterCard, Calm, and MacPaw. They are actively hiring Customer Support Consultants based in the Philippines for fully remote, work-from-home positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via live chat, email, and calls on behalf of global tech clients
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers worldwide
- Communicate with clients internal teams (development, product) as needed
- Maintain high quality standards in a multicultural, multilingual environment
- Follow client-specific processes and documentation guidelines
Requirements
- Excellent English — C2 level required (spoken and written)
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB RAM
- Stable internet: minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload
- Customer support experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must be based in the Philippines
