Job Description

Overview

SupportYourApp is a global Support-as-a-Service company providing multilingual customer support for leading tech companies including MasterCard, Calm, and MacPaw. They are actively hiring Customer Support Consultants based in the Philippines for fully remote, work-from-home positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via live chat, email, and calls on behalf of global tech clients
  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers worldwide
  • Communicate with clients internal teams (development, product) as needed
  • Maintain high quality standards in a multicultural, multilingual environment
  • Follow client-specific processes and documentation guidelines

Requirements

  • Excellent English — C2 level required (spoken and written)
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB RAM
  • Stable internet: minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Must be based in the Philippines
