About the Role

As Speechify continues its growth trajectory, we are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about organization, adept at efficiently handling tasks, thrive in high-paced environments, and are eager to collaborate with a great team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Swiftly respond to customer concerns on written tickets
• Manage communications via email and Slack
• Maintain proficiency with Google Calendar and scheduling tools
• Provide excellent reporting and response on every communication
• Track and improve customer support metrics
• Handle customer inquiries with active listening and strong phone contact skills
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Touch typing at 45 WPM and above
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to work US night hours (EST/PST)
• Based in the Philippines or Indonesia
