- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining quality responses
- Provide professional and timely communication to customers
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer or technical support (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Excellent written communication with professional tone
- Strong problem-solving and technical reasoning abilities
- Multi-ticket management proficiency
- Understanding of game server environments and hosting fundamentals
- Customer-first, proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- WHMCS or similar platform experience
- Game server hosting background
- FTP, server configuration, or mod/plugin installation familiarity
