Shockbyte is looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle customer support tickets across technical troubleshooting, billing, cancellations, and general enquiries. You will serve as a bridge between users and technical systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution for millions of gamers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support tickets across technical troubleshooting, billing, cancellations, and general enquiries
  • Serve as a bridge between users and technical systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution
  • Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining quality responses
  • Provide professional and timely communication to customers

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in customer or technical support (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Excellent written communication with professional tone
  • Strong problem-solving and technical reasoning abilities
  • Multi-ticket management proficiency
  • Understanding of game server environments and hosting fundamentals
  • Customer-first, proactive mindset

Nice to Have

  • WHMCS or similar platform experience
  • Game server hosting background
  • FTP, server configuration, or mod/plugin installation familiarity
