Job Description
Overview
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll support Subbly merchants in running and growing their subscription businesses while helping them adopt Subbly's AI Website Builder. You'll provide support via chat, email (Intercom), live calls (Zoom), and community channels (Slack, Facebook).
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $25,000 - $48,999 USD
Schedule: Flexible across US time zones (EST, CST, PST), including weekends
Responsibilities
- Respond to merchant inquiries across Intercom, Slack, and Facebook
- Provide hands-on support inside the AI Website Builder
- Maintain deep understanding of Subbly's platform and AI tooling
- Moderate and engage in community channels
- Handle billing, product education, and technical troubleshooting
- Document solutions through help articles and tutorial videos
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature requests
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in SaaS customer support, customer success, or technical support
- Proficiency with AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) used daily
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Experience with Intercom, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Asana, Google Workspace
- Flexibility to work across US time zones including weekends
- French or Spanish is a plus
