About the Role

Join Virtru's SMB Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager managing a large pool of small accounts. You'll drive maximum value and impact across thousands of accounts while applying existing processes at scale.

Compensation

$15,500 - $17,500 USD annually

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group training sessions for new customers
Manage renewals for strategically important accounts
Engage low-usage and at-risk customers proactively
Execute multi-customer campaigns and engagement sequences
Analyze customer usage data to identify value-delivery opportunities
Assist accounting with invoicing and collections
Develop and refine scalable processes for the pooled model

Requirements

4+ years customer-facing experience (support, sales, success, or account management)
2+ years supporting technical products or environments
Training call facilitation experience
Pooled CSM model experience preferred
Salesforce/Outreach proficiency
Renewal and negotiation experience
