About the Role

LTVplus is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers of a car repair company. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide repair status updates, and assist with claims inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a minimum of 25 inbound calls daily
  • Assist customers awaiting body shop service for their vehicles
  • Conduct outbound calls providing repair status updates
  • Address claims process inquiries and service pricing questions
  • Escalate tickets via Slack when necessary
  • Manage outbound callbacks for missed calls
  • Process email communications and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 1-2 years proven customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills with neutral accent
  • Familiarity with service industry (automotive background preferred)
  • Proficiency with Aircall, Slack, CCC One, Google Calendar, and Spreadsheets

Schedule

Part-time, Monday–Friday. Agents typically cover 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET, with an 8-hour training period required upfront.
