Overview
Remote VA is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative & Social Media Manager to handle incoming calls and inquiries while managing the company's Instagram presence. This is a 20-hour per week role with preferred hours of 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST and weekly pay.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone
- Oversee Instagram account operations including daily/weekly posts, video creation, and graphics
- Develop visually appealing content for posts, stories, and reels using brand materials
- Reach out to potential influencers, mothers, and family content creators for collaborations
- Handle timely responses to direct messages, comments, and partnership inquiries
- Support retail partner and store outreach initiatives
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with a clear, pleasant accent
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience managing Instagram or similar social media platforms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Shopify proficiency preferred
- Creative, proactive, and organized mindset
