Job Description

Overview

Remote VA is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative & Social Media Manager to handle incoming calls and inquiries while managing the company's Instagram presence. This is a 20-hour per week role with preferred hours of 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone
  • Oversee Instagram account operations including daily/weekly posts, video creation, and graphics
  • Develop visually appealing content for posts, stories, and reels using brand materials
  • Reach out to potential influencers, mothers, and family content creators for collaborations
  • Handle timely responses to direct messages, comments, and partnership inquiries
  • Support retail partner and store outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, pleasant accent
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience managing Instagram or similar social media platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Shopify proficiency preferred
  • Creative, proactive, and organized mindset
