What You'll Do

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• One year or more of customer service experience
• At least senior high school graduate
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 40mbps) for work from home
