About This Role

Liveops is hiring Customer Service Representatives in the Philippines to handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat support for top global clients. Work independently in a fully remote setting with the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat support
  • Deliver quality assistance with empathy and professionalism
  • Solve problems and provide customer-focused solutions
  • Work independently in a remote setting
  • Manage flexible hours using Liveops scheduling system

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly
  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in retail
  • Problem-solving orientation with customer focus
  • Capacity to work flexible hours independently in a quiet space

Technical Requirements

  • Windows 11+ (64-bit) with Intel i3+ or AMD Ryzen 3+ processor
  • Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
  • Dual monitors required (1920x1080 minimum resolution)
  • Hard-wired Ethernet connection
  • Minimum upload: 5.0 Mbps / Download: 20.0 Mbps
  • USB headset and smartphone (within 5 years old)
