Overview
SmartBuyGlasses is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will provide customer support via email and chat channels for English-speaking markets, helping customers with inquiries about eyewear styles, prescription questions, order statuses, and warranty issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily customer assistance through chat and email
- Offer product recommendations and identify upselling opportunities
- Deliver consistent, accurate support across all interactions
- Collaborate with team members within structured workflows
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Customer service experience preferred; e-commerce background is a plus
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn AI tools and applications
- Strong time management and documentation abilities
- Willingness to work graveyard shifts, including weekends
- High-speed, stable internet connection
- Must be based in the Philippines
