Overview

SmartBuyGlasses is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will provide customer support via email and chat channels for English-speaking markets, helping customers with inquiries about eyewear styles, prescription questions, order statuses, and warranty issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily customer assistance through chat and email
  • Offer product recommendations and identify upselling opportunities
  • Deliver consistent, accurate support across all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members within structured workflows
  • Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Customer service experience preferred; e-commerce background is a plus
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn AI tools and applications
  • Strong time management and documentation abilities
  • Willingness to work graveyard shifts, including weekends
  • High-speed, stable internet connection
  • Must be based in the Philippines
